New suburban commercial development nears opening

A new 11,000-square-foot commercial development is set to open this August at the corner of 20th Avenue and Baldwin Street in Jenison, bringing locally owned dental, counseling, and cleaning services to the heart of Georgetown Township.

Developed by Element Property Solutions and built by Journey Construction Group, the project was designed to attract and support small businesses with high-quality finishes, accessible design, and ample parking. Three tenants are moving into the new space: CVH Family Dentistry, Hope and Healing Counseling, and Jags and Rags Cleaning Services.

CVH Family Dentistry will occupy nearly half the building, offering 14 state-of-the-art private dental suites to meet the growing demand for dental care in the surrounding communities. Hope and Healing is expanding into a larger, upgraded space to better serve its mental health clients, and Jags and Rags will bring residential and commercial cleaning services to a central location.
