$50,000 grant supports mental health nonprofit

Still I Run, a nonprofit running community dedicated to mental health advocacy, has been awarded a $50,000 lululemon Community Wellbeing Grant. The funding, awarded through lululemon's Centre for Social Impact, supports organizations committed to making mental wellbeing more accessible through movement-based initiatives.

The grant will help West Michigan-based Still I Run fund a part-time program manager, provide technology and software for programming development, and supply resources to enhance mental health support through movement.

"We believe that movement is a powerful tool for mental health, but we can't build this movement alone," said Sasha Wolff, Founder, Still I Run. "Thanks to lululemon support, we're not just growing, we're deepening our impact."

Since its founding in 2016, Still I Run has grown into a nationwide movement inspiring people from all walks of life to prioritize their mental health through running. The nonprofit focuses on education, community building, and support. It offers programs that help individuals start their running journeys, connect with others, and find resources to navigate mental health challenges.

Still I Run is one of 100 organizations selected to receive a lululemon Community Wellbeing Grant from over 3,200 global applications.

"This grant allows us to invest in the people and technology that help us connect with more individuals and provide essential mental health resources to continue breaking the stigma around mental health through running," Wolff said. "We're grateful to lululemon for recognizing the power of movement and mental wellbeing and helping us take our mission to the next level."
