Travelers flying out of Gerald R. Ford International Airport now have a new place to relax, recharge, or get some work done. The Club GRR, the airport's first and only shared-use lounge, offers cozy seating, local design touches, and sweeping views of the runway, creating a premium experience for all guests. The Club GRR was developed by Airport Dimensions.

Located in the newly expanded Concourse A, between Gates A3 and A5, The Club GRR offers a serene 3,428-square-foot oasis with seating for 62 guests.

"Being the sole lounge provider at Gerald R. Ford International Airport allows us to offer a truly elevated and accessible premium experience to every passenger. We've created a space that celebrates the city's innovative spirit and warm hospitality, incorporating local craftsmanship, and design details that reflect the region's story," said Nancy Knipp, President Americas, Airport Dimensions.

The lounge experience begins at the concourse level, where a welcoming concierge awaits guests. An elevator and sculptural stairway then lead them upstairs. There, travelers step into a light-filled lounge defined by its dramatic curved layout and floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

The space features iconic MillerKnoll furniture that honors the region's 100+ year legacy in manufacturing. The lounge also features a curated art program showcasing local Grand Rapids artists through photography installations that capture the city's vibrant life and landmarks.

The commitment to community extends beyond design through partnerships with local organizations like The Community Food Club, which provides dignified access to healthy, affordable food. To ensure an inclusive experience, the lounge also features a hearing loop system that transmits announcements directly to T-coil-equipped hearing devices, providing clear and accessible communication.

The lounge is thoughtfully zoned to suit every type of traveler, offering open community areas, plush high-back chairs for quiet moments, and wood-framed alcoves for added privacy. A linear desk along the glass wall provides space for focused work. Guests can also enjoy a curated menu of light bites and beverages to suit a variety of tastes.

"We are thrilled to celebrate the opening of The Club GRR, an exciting new addition that offers guests an elevated space to relax and recharge," said Tory Richardson, president and CEO of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority. "We're incredibly grateful to our partners at Airport Dimensions for bringing this lounge to life as we continue our commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience to travelers from West Michigan and beyond."

The lounge is accessible to members of Priority Pass and LoungeKey. All travelers passing through GRR can also enjoy this premium experience by purchasing a day pass online at theclubairportlounges.com or at the lounge entrance for $50. For more information, visit www.airportdimensions.com
