GMB has hired Matt Lewis as K-12 Planning Strategist and Nandita Mishra, ALEP, AIA, LEED AP, as Client Lead.

"Welcoming Matt and Nandita to GMB marks a significant milestone as we continue to evolve and find new ways to serve our educational clients across the country," said David Bolt, President and CEO, GMB. "Their specialized knowledge and passion for serving students helps us all contribute to a more abundant future for education."

As the former assistant superintendent at Wyoming Public Schools, Lewis brings a unique blend of educational leadership and strategic financial planning experience to GMB. He is skilled in long-term planning and equipping school leaders with the information they need to navigate financial challenges and forecasting. In his new role, Lewis will help clients understand their district's story through data and assist them in charting a clear path forward as they prepare for major capital decisions and bond campaigns.

"My goal is to provide district leaders the data they need to make what might be the most lasting and impactful decisions of their careers: how to structure their facilities and operations to meet today's demands while also providing flexibility for future leaders to adapt to tomorrow's vision of success," said Lewis.

Mishra's career path, which spans architecture, the classroom, and reimagining learning environments, has given her a holistic perspective on education. With nearly three decades of experience, her research-driven approach ensures that every solution is grounded in how people teach and learn, supporting diverse learning styles, whole-child development, and long-term student success.

"Learning spaces are living ecosystems: when we design them with intention, we create the conditions for students, educators, and communities to thrive," said Mishra. "This is how we shape a future that is not just learner-centered, but life-centered, rooted in humanity, and built for the flourishing of us all."
