Brewery to host vinyl swap

WGVU Public Media will host a community vinyl swap on June 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Founders Brewing Co., 235 Cesar E. Chavez Ave SW. The event invites music lovers from across West Michigan to share records, discover new music, and connect with fellow collectors.
Following the vinyl swap, attendees are invited to stay for Open Mic Night featuring Big Jake Bootstrap from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Attendees are encouraged to bring two to four vinyl records in good playable condition to exchange with others. Those who do not bring records are still welcome to attend, enjoy the conversation and music, and take home a record.
The event is free and open to the public, from longtime vinyl collectors to those just beginning their collections. Organizers emphasize that the event is focused on sharing music and building community rather than buying, selling, or trading rare records.
