West Michigan-based tech startup Sweep LLC is rolling out its most significant app update to date, featuring a redesigned platform that aims to transform how residents book home cleaning services.
The overhaul marks the first major milestone under the company’s technical partnership with developer Luke Pietcher and lays the groundwork for a more immersive Sweep experience in future updates.
“This is the update we’ve been building toward,” said Chris Randall, Founder and CEO of Sweep. “It’s faster, clearer, and finally feels like the experience we’ve always wanted for our customers. And this is just the beginning.”
The updated interface has been rebuilt to be cleaner and more intuitive, reflecting the care Sweep aims to deliver through its services. Customers can now customize each room in real time by selecting upgrades such as deep cleaning, inside appliance cleaning, and cabinet detailing as they build their service.
The update also introduces clearer service descriptions, allowing customers to better understand what is included before booking, a change designed to reduce confusion and build trust. Performance improvements have also been implemented, resulting in a faster and more seamless booking experience from start to finish.
