Fashion and performing arts unite for "One Night Only"

Fashion designer RC Caylan will debut his Spring/Summer 2026 collection, ReImagine, at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids on Oct. 4 during “One Night Only," a special event featuring live performances by the Grand Rapids Ballet and Opera Grand Rapids. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. and will feature 50 models walking a 130-foot runway accompanied by live classical music, opera, and ballet performances.

VIP tickets include hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and premium seating. General admission tickets offer access to the cash bar and open seating starting at 8 p.m. A pre-show reception will include visual art presented by AllArtWorks and live music by a GVSU string quartet.

Originally from the Philippines, Caylan is based in Grand Rapids, where he designs and crafts each piece by hand at his atelier in Breton Village Mall. More than 100 celebrities have worn his designs, and he maintains a showroom in Beverly Hills.

ReImagine reflects Caylan’s signature fusion of elegance and modernity, featuring vibrant tones and soft hues inspired by seasonal blooms. The collection is designed to evoke freshness, warmth, and renewal.

Event proceeds will support the AllArtWorks Foundation, which provides artists with development resources, business training, and opportunities to showcase and sell their work. Additional proceeds will benefit the Ballet, Opera, and Symphony in Grand Rapids.
