Downtown Holland will host its first-ever Taste of Downtown Holland Fundraiser on Friday, September 12, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Warehouse 6 Events. Attendees will enjoy an evening of small plates, desserts, drinks from various Downtown Holland establishments, as well as live music and a silent auction.

“We’re so excited about the opportunity to showcase the culinary talents behind our Downtown Holland dining establishments at the Taste of Downtown Holland next month,” said Kara de Alvare, Marketing Coordinator, Downtown Holland. “And with local beverages provided by our very own Big Lake Brewing and New Holland Brewing, amazing silent auction donations, and live music, ticket holders have an incredible evening to look forward to in support of Downtown Holland.

Attendees may choose from two ticket windows: 5 to 7 p.m. or 7 to 9 p.m. Only 300 tickets are available at $100 per person.

Proceeds from the Taste of Downtown Holland will support community events organized and paid for by the City of Holland’s Principal Shopping District (PSD), which are currently funded in part by an annual tax assessment paid by Downtown Holland business owners located within the PSD boundaries. Events supported by the fundraiser include the upcoming Downtown Holland Fall Fest, the Parade of Lights, Holland on Ice, Girlfriends Weekend, the Street Performer Series, and more.

The Taste of Downtown Holland is supported by Fris Supply Shop, the Holland Civic Center Place, the Holland Visitors Bureau, Hops at 84 East, Spring Sweet, and Warehouse 6 Events.
