GRX Group, a family-owned integrated branding and marketing solutions company with a 25,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, has appointed Mike Williams as Chief Revenue Officer. Williams will lead the company’s sales, marketing, and customer service functions as it accelerates growth. In the newly created role, he will drive top-line revenue, strengthen customer experience, and expand the company’s market presence across key industry segments.

Through its portfolio, including Grand Rapids Graphix and Grand Rapids Screen Printing, GRX Group helps organizations bring their brands to life through strategy, creative, and production.

Williams brings nearly two decades of experience at Gordon Food Service, where he held director-level roles leading large-scale category management and North American revenue strategies.

“Mike brings a strong combination of strategic vision, proven business leadership, and deep West Michigan roots,” said Richard Lamos, Co-Owner of GRX Group. “His experience leading large-scale revenue strategies, building customer relationships, and driving growth in competitive markets makes him the right leader to help accelerate our momentum, strengthen partnerships, and position GRX for sustained success.”

Williams said he sees significant opportunities for growth through deeper customer engagement, corporate programs and events, and a focused approach to key segments, including sports organizations and leagues.

“This role is about building a scalable growth strategy that strengthens both our customer relationships and our internal capabilities,” Williams said. “We’re focused on increasing visibility as a leading resource in screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products, while continuing to innovate and grow in a way that aligns with our long-term goals.”

In addition to his professional experience, Williams is active in the West Michigan community. He serves on the Marketing Advisory Board at Grand Valley State University Seidman College of Business and has previously served on boards for Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Heartside Ministry.

“I’m excited to join a company that is committed to growth and investing in the right resources to do it well,” Williams said. “There is a strong customer-first mindset here, along with a focus on building long-term partnerships both in West Michigan and nationally. Combined with a first-class manufacturing facility and room to grow, the foundation is in place for continued success.”
