Trillium Living has promoted Gina Schulz to Vice President of Advancement. In her new position, Schulz will lead Trillium Living's comprehensive advancement strategy, overseeing development, communications, and donor relations to strengthen philanthropic partnerships and sustain Trillium's mission-driven growth.

"I'm honored to continue advancing the mission of Trillium Living and its family of organizations," said Schulz. "I'm inspired every day by the compassion and dedication of our teams and supporters. Together, we'll continue building a culture of giving that enriches lives and ensures access to exceptional care and services for generations to come."

Since joining the Trillium Living family in early 2024 as Director of Philanthropy for Holland Home and Faith Hospice, Schulz has had a pivotal role in advancing the organization's and its affiliates' missions. Her innovative approach to donor relations and community engagement helped Faith Hospice raise a record-breaking $700,000 in support for 2024, surpassing the previous high of $495,000 in 2022.

Prior to her work with Trillium Living, Schulz served as Chief Advancement Officer at John Ball Zoo. Before joining John Ball Zoo, Schulz dedicated nearly a decade to the Grand Rapids Public Museum, serving as Vice President of Development.

"Gina's leadership and passion for connecting people to purpose have made an incredible impact across our organization," said Troy Vugteveen, President and CEO of Trillium Living. "Her strategic insight, creativity, and ability to foster meaningful relationships will be instrumental in advancing our mission and expanding our reach in the community."
