Paws With A Cause (PAWS) is inviting the public to celebrate the completion of its $10 million facility renovation with two free, family-friendly open houses at its national headquarters, located at 4646 Division Ave. in Wayland. The open houses will take place on November 6 from 1 to 4 p.m. and November 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Funded by the Embrace the Journey campaign, the renovation includes a state-of-the-art training center, new veterinary clinic, and modernized spaces designed to expand programs and train more assistance and facility dogs. These upgrades highlight PAWS' mission to transform lives and strengthen communities through partnerships with custom-trained working dogs.
"This renovation represents a new chapter for Paws With A Cause. It is more than just a building update; the improvements made will allow us the tools and space to expand our reach and meet the growing need for assistance and facility dogs," said Michele Suchovsky, CEO, PAWS With A Cause. "This was an investment in the future of PAWS and the lives we transform every day. We're thrilled to open our doors and share this milestone with our community."
Guests attending the open houses will enjoy interactive stations, games, activities for all ages, food, and guided tours of the upgraded campus. This is a unique opportunity for families and community members to meet PAWS' working dogs, learn about the organization's programs, and experience the impact of its work firsthand.
Since 1979, PAWS has been transforming lives and strengthening communities through partnerships with custom-trained working dogs. PAWS assistance and facility dogs have helped thousands of people thrive, providing opportunities to live with independence, confidence, and companionship. Serving over 20 states across the country, PAWS is accredited by Assistance Dogs International and a member of Animal Assisted Services International. To learn more visit pawswithacause.org.
