Pilates in Ada, a Reformer Pilates studio serving the Ada community since 2017, has rebranded as Rise Pilates in Ada. The studio will celebrate its new identity with a grand reopening and ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Ada Business Association on October 28, from 4 to 6 p.m. at 452 Ada Drive SE, Suite 200, in downtown Ada.

The rebrand includes a refreshed identity and a new website while maintaining the studio’s focus on accessible, personalized Pilates instruction. The grand reopening is open to the public. The event will feature special promotions on class packs and private sessions, available exclusively at the event, along with a chance to win a curated gift basket of local goods.

The new name reflects a personal experience for owner Kerstyn Pocklington, who found inspiration the morning after losing her mother while sitting on the steps of her mother’s back deck and watching the sunrise.

“The world felt heavy and unfamiliar, but the sun still rose,” said Pocklington. “It reminded me that no matter where we find ourselves, in a valley, climbing upward or standing on a peak, the sun still rises. And so do we. Every instructor on our team has walked through their own seasons of challenge and growth, and that’s what Rise is about. Strength isn’t about avoiding hardship, it’s about continuing forward through it, and nobody rises alone.”

Rise Pilates in Ada welcomes people of all ages, fitness levels, and experience. The studio also focuses on building strength, improving mobility, and helping clients move with confidence. The studio serves first-time participants, those returning to movement after a break or injury, and experienced practitioners.
