Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation is expanding access to outpatient care in West Michigan with the opening of Mary Free Bed – East Beltline Northeast, located at 4020 E. Beltline Ave. NE in Grand Rapids. Beginning in May 2026, the new location will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals and families living in northeast Grand Rapids and surrounding communities.

Located on the East Beltline south of Rockford, the outpatient center is designed to support patients at every stage of recovery through personalized, goal-oriented therapy delivered by a multidisciplinary care team.

“Expanding into the northeast side of Grand Rapids allows us to meet people where they are,” said Megan Jabin, site lead for Mary Free Bed – East Beltline Northeast. “We know how important convenience is during recovery. This location makes it easier for patients to stay consistent with care while receiving the same clinical excellence Mary Free Bed is known for.”

Mary Free Bed – East Beltline Northeast provides a full range of outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and orthotics & prosthetics + bionics.

The location features two dedicated suites — one for therapy services and one for orthotics and prosthetics — designed to support coordinated, patient-centered care.

Outpatient therapy services are available for individuals recovering from or managing a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, balance and mobility challenges. Care is also available for individuals navigating post-surgical recovery, speech and swallowing disorders, limb loss, chronic pain conditions, and sports-related injuries.
