Grand Rapids-based video production company Ingalls Pictures is celebrating a decade in business with a community open house on June 29. The event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at its studio, located at 401 Hall St. SW, Suite B-148. The event will feature a food truck lunch, games, giveaways, and a look at the company's history.
"We're celebrating our clients and making new friends," said Hugh Ingalls, Co-founder, Ingalls Pictures.
Hugh and his brother, Ned Ingalls, founded Ingalls Pictures in 2015 after graduating from college.
"Ned has incredible creative talent. From the beginning, he was able to achieve cinematic quality with the most basic equipment," Hugh Ingalls said. "It's been my job to go out and find clients to pay for his work."
Since its founding, Ingalls Pictures has served hundreds of clients, from local nonprofits to national recording artists and global corporations, filming in 31 states and territories, as well as three countries.
The brothers’ youngest sibling, William Ingalls, joined the company as a partner in 2023 after graduating from Columbia University.
