Holland Hospital is hosting a Career Fair on March 4 from 9-11 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. to connect job seekers with career opportunities. The hospital is hiring for all shifts, including entry-level, clinical and non-clinical, technical, and professional positions. The event will take place at the Holland Hospital Conference Center, 602 Michigan Ave.

Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with hiring managers about Holland Hospital’s job shadowing programs, on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and hybrid work options. The Career Fair will also feature onsite interviews for select entry-level positions.

“Holland Hospital is actively seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team,” said Erin LaDuke, Recruiter at Holland Hospital. “With onsite interviews for select positions, the Career Fair is a streamlined way to start or advance your health care career in a supportive, award-winning environment.”

This event comes as health care remains a primary engine for regional growth, with the 2026 West Michigan Economic Outlook reporting that one in 10 workers in West Michigan’s economy are employed in the sector.

The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity projects that health care support occupations will be the fastest-growing group in West Michigan through 2032, with an estimated growth rate of 11.7%; higher than the statewide average.
