More than two dozen local nonprofits are participating in holiday giving efforts this year.

The evening will feature an exclusive fireside chat with Andi Owen, CEO and owner of MillerKnoll, moderated by Tiffany Eubanks-Saunders, Head of Diverse Segments and Private Bank Business at Bank of America.

The appointment follows a rigorous, nationwide search for a leader of the third-largest provider-sponsored health plan in the country.

Guests attending the open houses will enjoy interactive stations, games, activities for all ages, food, and guided tours of the upgraded campus.

Since 2012, the nonprofit has equipped more than 40,000 West Michigan students with creative career skills through the power of storytelling.

Applications are being accepted now through October 31, 2025.

Essential Service Awards categories include administrative/office worker, cleaning/housekeeping/groundskeeping, childcare, food service, government, health care/elder care, hospitality, nonprofit, retail, skilled labor and transportation.

The fundraiser specifically focuses on the completion and installation of the building’s final two stained glass rose (circular) windows.

The organization will debut its inaugural 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, followed by a free, dog-friendly public event.

The event will feature food, storytelling, and community impact as the organization celebrates its new name and renewed mission to promote food equity.

The newly created leadership role has been established to oversee all aspects of programming.
